The first impression…the first welcome to your friends and family. When we first toured this house and opened the door this grand entrance stole my heart. A long curved staircase plus an open second story view…I was sold!
The heart of the home and where most of our everyday living happens. This kitchen started out as basic and builder grade, complex with maple cabinets. LOTS of paint and a handful and custom elements brought this space to life...

The dining room…the place where the holidays happen and memories around the dinner table are made. And then for rest of the year…it’s the room that no one uses! Which…truth be told, I kinda love because then there’s always one perfectly tidy clean room in the house.

The last room you see at night….and where you start each day. Aside from the crown molding and the bathroom cabinetry (which was professionally sprayed)…this space was a total DIY job by yours truly. I didn’t have a much of a budget for this space at the time and our bathroom is the same exact size at the kitchen…so gutting that space will happen BUT not just yet...
